Pick Your Own
Our PYO fields open from late May until October. We offer some fifteen different crops for picking, our most popular being table top strawberries, which are grown on raised platforms so that the strawberries are easy to pick and there’s no slugs, bugs or mud!
But do not miss these other amazing fruits – raspberries gooseberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, loganberries, tayberries & whitecurrants. Plums, apples and pears are available in the autumn too, and of course, loads of Pumpkins for Halloween! Occasionally we have vegetables too, depending on the year…

For Wednesday 19th August.
We will be open for picking 😊after a busy morning but quieter afternoon on Tuesday, we still have strawberries to pick.
Raspberries, blackcurrants and potentially some currants and plums will also be available to pick in smaller quantities 😄

For Tuesday 18th August. Our Picking fields will be open once again With Strawberries being the best fruit to pick. There will also be Raspberries, Plums and maybe some Redcurrants We recommend coming in early to get the best fruit but keep an eye on our Website and Facebook page

For Monday 17th August We will be open for picking again. We will have Strawberries, Raspberries, some Blackberries, plenty of Redcurrants and Plums available to pick. It is always best to pick in the mornings to get the nicest fruit so come in early if you can. Check back here

For Sunday 16th August. Picking will continue once more with Strawberries looking very nice at the moment. You will also find Raspberries and Redcurrants. There may also be some Blackberries if anyone wants to have a go but there are not many. It is always recommended that you come in

We will be open for picking 😊strawberries and raspberries are looking good and picking well, despite the heat👏
There will be varying quantities of plums, blackberries, currants and sweetcorn also available to pick ☺️

For Wednesday 12th August Strawberry picking will be open 🥳, as well as raspberries and possibly plums and blackberries! There also may be a few currants still and a chance to pick your own sweetcorn! The cafe, shop and playground will be open all day for refreshments and a break

For Tuesday 11th August. Picking will be back open again tomorrow with Strawberries being the easiest to pick along with Plums. Raspberries are available too as well as some Blackberries in small quantities. You can also try to find Redcurrants and Blackcurrants if you're determined. There is also Sweetcorn now

For Monday 10th August. We will be open for picking again - strawberries will be available to pick as picking quitened down in the afternoon on Sunday 😊 It is getting hot again, so we advise to come earlier rather than later in the day to get the best pick
Please note dogs are not permitted in our picking fields, shop or children’s play area.
Dogs on a lead are permitted to the seating area to the front and side of the shop

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow dogs in our Picking Fields or Children’s Play Area. Well behaved dogs on a lead are permitted to the front of the Farm Shop, and around the seating area at the management’s discretion. We ask that owners are considerate around other customers.
